Matsunosuke is an apple pie and sweets shop produced
by Akiko Hirano. The desserts made at Matsunosuke are born from the friendship
of Akiko Hirano and Cheryl Jean - a cooking specialist whom Akiko met while on
a university exchange program to America's east coast.

The name
"Matsunosuke" came from the name of owner Akiko's Grandfather who was
a master of Noh costume making.
